What to check for this route
Requirements depend on the register. For BPC psychoanalytic psychotherapy, the trainee's own therapy is at least three times a week, in person, and training lasts at least four years (BPC). UKCP psychotherapist training is at level 7 (UKCP). At three sessions a week, personal therapy adds a large yearly cost: put your therapist's fee into the calculator.
