What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Questions you send to a provider
When you use the form on a course page we receive your name, email address, your question and the course it is about. We use them only to forward your question to that provider's admissions team, copying you in. We keep them for up to 12 months, then delete them. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Clicks to provider websites
Links to providers go through a short redirect on this site. We count the number of clicks per course per month. We do not store your IP address or anything else that identifies you.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. Cloudflare, our host, may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to serve the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
